Dental Insurance Information
At Smiles Family Dentistry, we make every effort to provide you with the excellent care and the most convenient financial options. We accept all major PPO insurances and Texas Medicaid / CHIP (Dataquest, MCNA). We also provide flexible payment options using in-house financing and Care credit. PPO Insurances
We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, United Healtcare, United Concordia and most other PPOs.
Medicaid and Chip
If your child is assigned to Smiles Family Dentistry as their “Main Dentist then you are welcome to call 713-344-0498 to schedule your appointment!
However, if you would like to change, and have your children be seen at our facility, you can simply call either DentaQuest or MCNA at one of the following numbers, and just give them Smiles family dentistry name, office phone number and Dr. Hifza Elahi’s name.

Financial PolicyWe deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We are in-network with most major PPO insurances. Our office will bill for the dental services rendered to you on your behalf. You will be responsible for your co-payment of the procedures performed. This co-payment can be paid in several ways.
